Dear Rajdeep!

I don't understand what you would gain here. More than one group generally is employed for logistic reasons because the clinical capacity is limited. If you start the same day a second group a couple of hours later the clinical capacity is still limited and I would expect chaos in blood sampling (overlapping schedules). IMHO from a statistical point of view it wouldn't make any difference.
