Group effect [General Sta­tis­tics]

Dear All

When we are having two group of subjects being dosed in two different days, we take the Group Effect into consideration. What if because of a very large sample size, if the sample size is divided in two groups but we dose both the groups in the same day at different time intervals, will the Group Effect come into consideration this time?
