Can you reword your question?
Latin Squares are a class of designs (you don't calculate something 'by it').
You can calculate ANOVA by GLM; you will get same results as with a manual calculation for balanced data-sets - but different ones for imbalanced ones.

It's like Shakti and Parvati.
