Hi yuvrajkatkar,

❝ From your lectures, we can calculate point estimate from 90% confidence limits


❝ Parameters Ratio 90% Confidence Interval

❝ AUC0-12 93.99 95.41 - 104.79

❝ AUC0-inf 89.48 93.37 – 107.10

❝ Cmax 96.57 95.01 – 105.23


❝ Point Estimate= sqrt(Lower CI * Upper CI)


The equation is correct.

❝ Point estimte for Cmax= sqrt(95.01 * 105.23)= 99.99.


I guess that the value (96.57) showed in the Table could be the mean ratio (T/R) of Cmax, not the value of its point estimate.
