Registerpoint estimate from 90% CI [General Statistics]

I have some query regarding point estimate.
From your lectures, we can calculate point estimate from 90% confidence limits
Point Estimate= sqrt(Lower CI * Upper CI)
Point estimte for Cmax= sqrt(95.01 * 105.23)= 99.99.
How it is possible?

AUC0-inf 89.48 93.37 – 107.10
Cmax 96.57 95.01 – 105.23Point Estimate= sqrt(Lower CI * Upper CI)
Point estimte for Cmax= sqrt(95.01 * 105.23)= 99.99.
