Dear Sir,

I have some query regarding point estimate.

From your lectures, we can calculate point estimate from 90% confidence limits
Parameters             Ratio          90% Confidence Interval
AUC0-12                93.99             95.41 -  104.79
AUC0-inf               89.48             93.37 –  107.10
Cmax                   96.57             95.01 –  105.23


Point Estimate= sqrt(Lower CI * Upper CI)

Point estimte for Cmax= sqrt(95.01 * 105.23)= 99.99.

How it is possible?
