Dear Ratnakar,

❝ how the period effect is calculated in replicate study, as we get only one value for period effect???


In replicate study, period effect is calculated by comparing the pk parameter in four periods and we get only one value because in ANOVA, we test whether Period1=Period2=Period3=Period4 simultaneously.
