Dear Shri,

intra (within) means the variability of responses (e.g., AUC, Cmax,...) in the same subject (let's say test and reference given to Mr Obama).
inter (between) means the variability of responses in different subjects (let's say the same treatment administered to Mr Obama and to Mr Putin).
