Dear All,

Please Can anyone tell me that What is difference between these two statistical design i.e. 2x2 crossover design and a 2 treatment, 2 sequence, 4 period replicate crossover design (with respect to calculations) for Bioequivalence assessment.
My second question is How one can calculate intra-treatment CV applying a 2 treatment, 2 sequence, 4 period replicate crossover design by using WinNonlin 5.2 software.

Please also quote some references regarding quires above if possible give some links.

Waiting for your valuable replys.
