Parameter affecting Subject by formulation [General Sta­tis­tics]

Hello All,

Kindly help me to understand what parameter affecting "subject by formulation" and if we are failing marginally, what kind of correction is requires if want to go with same formulation or there is no any scope for formulation modification.
