Dear forum members,

I just have query regarding balancing the sequence at the time of statistical analysis. In case of studies which are mentioned as balanced sequence, but during the study due to various reason like dropout or discontinuation data is unbalanced. In such situation should we balance the sequence at the time of statistical analysis or if not then we will have to remove the subject from statistical analysis just to balance the sequence. But this data being balance or unbalanced does have effect of the sequence effect from ANOVA. Expert opinion on the same will be highly appreciated.
