THANKS HELMUT: Using the FDA template RSABE with the EMEA simulated data on progesterone. I checked out the Chi-squared calculation independently in NCSS. It verified exactly the value obtained in Phoenix 6.4.

Following your suggestion I am focusing on using the RSABE workflow rather than the average BE. I copied the workflow object "Prepare......" within the RSABE worksheet and used this copy to attempt to include Wt instead of Wr in this copied object. That was my goal. It did run and I got a value so here are my values from Phoenix 6.4 and John's values from SAS are shown in parenthesis.

S2Wr=0.19931 (0.19931); S2Wt 0.11864 (0.11654) and S2Wi=0.16590 (0.16590).

We note the values are the same except for the one where I introduced the code for Wt. I am thinking there is a discrepancy in my coding. So I will look at it again.
