Hi John,

I mean theoretical model equations not in specific program. For example:

Yijkl = mk +gikl +dijk +eijkl

where i = 1,Ks indicates sequence, 1, i j = Kn indicates subject within sequence i, k = R, T indicates treatment, l =1, 2 indicates replicate on treatment k for subjects within sequence i. ijkl Y is the response of replicate l on treatment k for subject j in sequence i , ikl g represents the fixed effect of replicate l on treatment k in sequence i , ijk d is the random subject effect for subject j in sequence i on treatment k , and ijkl e is the random error for subject j within sequence i on replicate l of treatment k .
