Impact of dosing scheme on stats [General Sta­tis­tics]

Hi everyone,

Question... If a clinic set ups the dosing schedule to dose a set of 4 subjects at a time,would there be an impact in the ANOVA model (i.e., group effect)?

Example, n=20 subjects with 4 subjects being dosed at the same time, dosing time between group is 2 min.

Time     Subject
0       1  2  3  4
2min    5  6  7  8
4min    9 10 11 12
6min   13 14 15 16
8min   17 18 19 20
