Protocol and Clinical Report [Study Per­for­mance]

Dear All,

We have a procedure wherein Management Representatives (MR) signature is taken on Protocol and Clinical Report. Is it mandatory to take MR signature or final authorization by PI is sufficient.

Any guidelines references are welcome.
