Dear All,

Request to clarify, how to procure the below RLD for Generic Development & filling for US Market
  1. Zavesca® (miglustat) Capsules 100mg
  2. KUVAN (sapropterin dihydrochloride) Tablets and Powder for Oral Solution.
we filled Citizen petition to US Court but denied & told please contact Federal Trade commission for Anti-Competitive.

Please suggest for way forward
