Dear Chirag,

The problem is not the stability of blood, which could remain on the benchtop for a couple of hours without any impact on your assay. The problem is the stability of your analyte in whole blood. As this varies from analyte to analyte, it is not possible to give a general rule. Refer to answers to your previous post on the same topic.
