Hi Sam,
  1. You have in-vivo and in-vitro data from how many formulations? Can't you tell which one is faster than the other? You should have 3+ formulations to do an IVIVC.
  2. Do you have an IR or IV profile to serve as the impulse function?
  3. Are you trying to generate an IVIVC with vivo data and vitro data from each pH? ie: IVIVC for pH 1.0, IVIVC for pH 4.5, IVIVC for pH 6.8?
