❝ Do you have residual concentrations from the first dose at 8 hours? If yes this will be tricky indeed. Maybe you can setup a PK model the first administration, subtract estimated concentrations from the second part of the profile and treat the second administration separately?

Yes we have trailing levels and my supervisor suggested posting here in case you guys knew of some options! Thanks again!! Kel
