Hi Kelly!

❝ Good Day Everyone from Oz!

Hey didn’t know that Ireland = Oz!

❝ I have an immediate release in vivo profile which has a dose (100mg) administered at 0h and then a subsequent dose (100mg) administered at 8 h (after the first dose) - does anyone have / know of a software program (freeware if possible!!) which is able to estimate a unit impulse response based on this complex profile?

Hhm. No SW I know of can handle multiple dose profiles. For some freeware see this post and following.
Do you have residual concentrations from the first dose at 8 hours? If yes this will be tricky indeed. Maybe you can setup a PK model the first administration, subtract estimated concentrations from the second part of the profile and treat the second administration separately?
