Thanks for your suggestion regarding how to calculate the group effect.

But after doing this group effect, for any PK parameter (or for all PK parameter) if significant group effect occurs (P value <0.05) then what are the possible reasons of this group effect??

and if for all PK parameter 90% CI is within the limit, then Significant group effect will affect for getting approval from Regulatory authority ?

Kindly give your opinion for this...
