Kindly advice: How to use Group Effect in WinNonlin [Software]

Hi, I have a doubt on using the Group Effect in WinNonlin.
Suppose a 2x2 crossover study is conducted in 2 batches then what is the impact of group effect on it...should it be taken in account while doing the analysis... If "Yes" then what should we write in Group Effect Section while calculating BE....Kindly advice...
