Raja,

From the data you present the problem appears to be that you have;

in vitro data for;

❝ Immediate - CR01

❝ Slow - CR02

but for IN VIVO data you have only

❝ Fast -CR03

and then your IVIVC_TEST.PWO (which I assume to be your 'new' formulation that you want to predict PK, is called CR01

I think this is why you are getting the message;
"Error creating temporary input workbook for deconvolution. Incomplete UIR-Sort Key matching, Ensure all sort levels have an associated reference formulation"

i.e. You must have data for IN VITRO and IN VIVO from the same formulation and give it the same name in both sheets. Try naming the formulations as you call them internally; the example data in WNL is CR01 etc. for controlled release.

i.e. you have dissolution and in vivo data for INNOVATOR and TEST1, you now have minimum to build a correlation (more would be better). Then in your *test* data you have a third formulation TEST2, with ONLY DISSOLUTION data in it, this is what you will use to try to predict PK. INNOVATOR would be your REFERENCE (you might have to duplicate that data set)

Simon.

Does that clarify your problem? I think you've had some discussions with my colleagues as #131018
