I assume you have the IVIVC toolkit, I would recommend that at this time you use WNL 5.3 since the Phoenix implementation of IVIVC will be in 6.2 which will be the end of the year.

Data wise there are examples in the documentation as Helmut indicated which should get you started. I think if you need to follow up on this topic here or, preferably, on www.pharsight.com/extranet, then you'll need to ask some more specific questions.
