WinNonlin (Re-)Validation [Software]

I would also ask what the error was and how did you resolve it.

For instance if the problem was caused by a software conflict with another application then how will you be sure that when you re-install WinNonlin it will be into EXACTLY the same environment ?

Some organisations manage this with the IT group rolling out an 'image' that is fairly locked down to the users to stop them adding other software. I assume you've contacted Pharsight support on this - if not I would also ask there advice to ensure you're covering all possibilities.

Regarding re-validation the current version is 5.2.1 and next month (May), I expect you will see Phoenix WinNonlin 6.0 released so if you are intending to revalidate then it's worth knowing about this completely re-written version that might require a bit more planning as it looks and operates differently (but of course gives the same results!) I believe those users with the Validation kit will receive that upgrade about a month after.
