Hi Kaushal, again I would suggest you review your data and identify what you are comparing? PK? PD? both?

Typically Cmax and AUC might be compared in e.g. the BE Wizard, however if you wanted to select some other parameter e.g. Tmin and Rmin (time of, and minimum effect seen, since I imagine you are seeking a decrease in blood pressure) and put them through that same Wizard (which is in fact a front end for the LinMix engine).

You can learn about this from the Examples and User guides - or you could look at attending a training course (perhaps from Pharsight!) if you don't like reading manuals :cool:
