Hi Thong - I think Helmut would probably prefer you continued/replied in your previous WNL thread rather than start a new one.*

The simple answer is, Yes, you need to buy the IVIVC toolkit to use it.

WinNonlin and the IVIVC toolkit are integrated as a single install. However depending on what license you purchase more of the software features are exposed. The full variety is:
  1. Professional - all standard features (including Deconvolution) of WinNonlin EXCEPT ODBC.
  2. Enterprise - as Professional but with ODBC functions enabled. You only need this if you wish to connect directly to another database, if you buy professional initially and then need to Enterprise you only get charged the difference to upgrade.
  3. IVIVC toolkit : see the demos I pointed to you before in your other posting on IVIVC.
    IVIVC Toolkit for WinNonlin: Product Introduction & Demonstration
    Again you can buy this toolkit after having bought WinNonlin, or at the same time - HOWEVER it is not available WITHOUT WinNonlin.
Lastly you will be offered NODE license - for a single named user or FLOATING - permits concurrent users to the number of licenses purchased. Again a NODE can be upgraded to a FLOAT at a later date by paying the difference.

Really it would be easier to get this information direct from Tim at the EU/EMEA sales team;

or for the US Email: sales[image]pharsight.com. If you are having trouble getting an answer from them please forward your mail to me – sdavis[image]pharsight.com and I will try to find out what's happened.

Best Regards,
Simon.
