Dear Dr Sasikumar,
I'm not sure what Pharmacodynamic Parameters you are seeking to calculate. If you want to calculate EMax, EC50 etc I think there is a general pharmacodynamics template supplied in Kinetica but it is a few years since I used it.

Alternatively you could consider using WinNonlin's range of built in PD models;
Model Description                           Effect at C=0 Effect at C=inf
Model 101 Simple Emax Model:                      0             Emax
Model 102 Simple Emax Model:                     E0             Emax
Model 103 Inhibitory Effect Emax Model:         Emax              0
Model 104 Inhibitory Effect Emax Model:         Emax             E0
Model 105 Sigmoid Emax Model:                     0             Emax
Model 106 Sigmoid Emax Model:                    E0             Emax
Model 107 Inhibitory Effect Sigmoid Emax Model: Emax              0
Model 108 Inhibitory Effect Sigmoid Emax Model: Emax             E0

or Model 220 which is an NCA method for assessing Drug effect data which is available for versions 5 upwards

Best regards,
Simon.
