Hello,
probably a very basic question but I cannot find this anywhere.
I understand that one gets CVwr from Var(period*treatment*subject)_21 and CVwt from Var(period*treatment*subject)_22 but how does one get CV from Phoenix WinNonlin output for FDA full-replicate model?
