Hi Krishna,

some SAS-resources are given in Helmut's post.

The group (or sequence) effect examines the difference in pharmacokinetic responses between the two groups of subjects receiving formulations in the order test-reference and reference-test (for a 2×2 design).

A remark: before evaluating studies (by any software), you should understand the underlying statistical (and favourably the pharmacokinetic) concepts first.
Chow & Liu's book is an excellent starter (and main course as well).
