Hi everyone,
I m using Winnonlin 5.2 version. In the Model 18 (Three -Compartment with bolus input, first-order output and macro constant as primary parameters) given in user's guide on page 455 one of the input or required constant for calculation is stripping dose.

Now My Question is what this stripping dose is? what does it mean. how one should define its value. Is it drug specific.
Please give full details if possible.
Any help will be highly appreciated.
