Validation of PhEq_bootstrap [Software]

Hi again,

re. the index: A simple solution is not to sample 1000000 times but 999999. Another solution is to sample so many times that the result is the same regardless of whether you round up or down when finding the index of the 5% percentile etc. This, however, takes a bit of time to figure out.
