Data for Pharmacological Activity (i.e.Anti-Xa(IU/ml) activity, Prothrombin time) of a particular drug after Subcutaneous injection is available with me.

Kindly clarify whether the above Pharmacological Activity can be calculated using Pharmacokinetic or Pharmacodynamic or both the methods.

What is the basic method for Calculating Pharmacodynamic Parameters Using Kinetica Software?
