Hi Balaji,
did you read the “Phoenix 1.4 Framework Guide” (p49-54)? Here is not the Certara/Pharsight support. Please register at Certara, as I suggested in this post.
Navigate to the Excel-file, right-click ► Properties ► General ► Attributes ► Read-only ☐ ► ☑.
IIRC, in the “Phoenix WNL basics”-board you will find a recent thread initiated by Angus McLean related to formating issues.
