Are you referring to this post? When David Bourne retired from the University of Oklahoma in 2013 he moved most of his stuff from the domain boomer.org to pharmpk.com. His list of software is now located at http://www.pharmpk.com/soft.html. You can still download PKSolver from

System requirements: M$ Office (2003/2007/2010), OS: M$ Windows (XP/Vista/7). Let me know if you want a copy of the paper* describing the software (though since you are from Russia likely you know Sci-Hub).
