Nonetheless to get you started you first need to clarify to me;

are you looking to simply perform NonParametric Superposition and then perform an NCA assuming on the results? If so what are you expecting to find/demonstrate?

Or are you seeking tips on how to turn a previously fitted model into a simulation?
