Totally agreed. More or less it will be a bioanalytical nightmare since the pooled concentration will be high → calibration curve hahaha!

One more thing, even the author wrote about the shortcoming of this method, tada! Cmax!

Not trying to bad mouth people but how could such article be worth publishing? Again I apologize if I have offended anyone.
