About A & alpha values (WNL IVIVC Toolkit) [Software]
Dear Vinyak!
Wonderful; just out of curiosity: how much did you pay?
See the online-help:
The WinNonlin Toolbox > Numeric deconvolution > Deconvolution settings
and even better explanation
The IVIVC Toolkit > Convolution > Data Variables / Convolution settings
You have to set the number of exponential terms of the UIR (unit impulse response) function first (1-9; although IMHO >2 makes no sense).
Having set the number of terms you have to input the As (coefficients) and alphas (exponents) of the exponential terms of the UIR.
❝ I am having the WinNonlin IVIVC Kit.
Wonderful; just out of curiosity: how much did you pay?
❝ while using the same for deconvolution i come across A & Alpha Values.
❝ Can anybody explain what are they & how to get them

The quality of responses received is directly proportional to the quality of the question asked. 🚮
