Hello rajucheerla,

❝ Does the dose involved in the partial areas calculation (AUCp) while performing the PK analysis of PD markers in Phoenix 6.2, at dosing regimen place, as if we mention dose/or not. As we know the AUC is not a dose dependent variable, but still we got different values when performed with mentioned dose at dosing regimen place in phoenix and with not mentioned dose at dosing regimen in phoenix. :confused:


I must admit I don't understand what you are asking and what your background the question could be. Is there any chance you could re-write your post?
