I would guess it is in class III (like pseudoephedrine). In DrugBank you find estimated logPs of -0.69 and -0.10. For future searches, see also TSRL’s BCS database.
❝ While literature search indicate that PE is freely soluble in water, I can't find any information on the BCS of the said drug.
