Dear group,

Say, If I have a BE study data with AUC "100 ng·hr/ml" for treatment A and "90 ng·hr/ml" for treatment B. While generating absorption profiles (wagnor nelson method) for A and B, I get a overlaping profiles.
The question is do I need to correct the profile of B with AUCs ratio (ie., 0.9) for further utility?

Thanks
Ashok
