If you are using WinNonlin you also have the option of numerical Deconvolution available in the base product. This has some advantages in that is does not make assumptions about the PK profile (Wagner-Nelson assumes single compartment PK).

In WinNonlin this application can be found under the Tools menu; to access Wagner-Nelson in WinNonlin you need to either write your own model code or purchase the additional IVIVC license.
