Dear Govardhan,

First of all, I don't know of which drug you are talking about. You haven't also presented the dissolution conditions. Moreover, it's very difficult to predict the BE result from dissolution profile. I suggest you to do a pilot study (n = 8 or 12) to evalute the formulations in vivo.
