Rosuvastatin BE study [Dissolution / BCS / IVIVC]

Results of comparative dissolution were at pH = 29 (failed), at pH 4.5 = 58 and at pH 6.8 = 57 so advice me if I can start clinical part of BE study based on above results of comparative dissolution and appropriate design of study to decrease difference.
