Intrasubject CV of a different strength [Power / Sample Size]

Dear group
I have a query
when calculating the sample size, if we have the intrasubject CV of the same drug but of a different strength (for e.g, if we want to do a study of 20mg and the CV is available with a study of 40mg), can that be considered for calculation of sample size?
