Is there any formula i can use to determine sample size for population pharmacokinetic study in healthy subjects?

I want to do a one-period study on healthy mexican subjects to determine the pharmacokinetics profile after administering a new proton pump inhibitor. So am looking for a formula i can use to determine sample size.
