Or just trick without simulations with alpha setting to 0.5 (i.e. 1-2*alpha=1-2*0.5=1-1=0).
"0% confidence interval for GMR" is just GMR, I think. x)
Using exact method for power calculation with θ0 0.95, CVintra 40%, n 12, and alpha 0.5 (not 0.05) I can confirm your simulated power 82.2%.
(For θ0=0.80 with alpha=0.5 the power is around 50% as expected.)
Maybe simulations are not required here.
