Hi Jay,

I agree with ElMaestro. Can you give us (both for AUC and C_max):

The GMR and CV you used in study planning.
The target power and resulting sample size.
The eligible subjects in the study, GMR, and CV. If sequences were unbalanced, additionally subjects/sequence.
