❝ How to calculate power in Partial/full replicate BE studies by using SAS Program.

We (both) had this question already in 2012 discussed w.r.t. to sample size estimation. Since sample size is based on power the former answer is still valid:

No out of the box solution in SAS I'm aware of. Even not for a conventional 2x2 crossover.

But the add-on package PowerTOST for the statistical language R (free, open source) is much more mature at present time and contains suitable functions for power calculations for replicate designs for ABE decision as well as for scaled ABE decision.

BTW: Do us the favour and post in the appropriate category. There is one named Power / Sample size.
