Dear Kotu,

We (both) had this question already in 2012 discussed w.r.t. to sample size estimation. Since sample size is based on power the former answer is still valid:

No out of the box solution in SAS :no: I'm aware of. Even not for a conventional 2x2 crossover.


But the add-on package PowerTOST for the statistical language R (free, open source) is much more mature at present time and contains suitable functions for power calculations for replicate designs for ABE decision as well as for scaled ABE decision.

BTW: Do us the favour and post in the appropriate category. There is one named Power / Sample size.
