 Switch-over in steady state

Dear Raghavendra,

IMHO it does not make sense to include a treatment-free washout phase. Switch directly to the respective other formulation on day 7.

 Switch-over in steady state

Dear Raghavendra,

You will need atleast three pre-dose conc. to prove achievement of steady state. In your present design, you may have to add one or two treatment days.
