 bear v2.5.0 released [🇷 for BE/BA]

Dear all,

We have released bear v2.5.0 on CRAN since May 11, 2010. This release contains the following updates:
  • added Welch t tests (also 90% CI) for a parallel BE study (thanks to Helmut and his codes);
  • added CVintra (intra-subject CV) calculation for a replicate BE study (lme_stat.txt) based on Helmut's lecture note and his post, and D. Labes' post; and validated with Dr. Dubin's FARTSSIE;
  • removed log(PK) list in the report of ANOVA_stat.txt/lm_stat.txt/lme_stat.txt;
  • changed to lm(log(PK)~...) or lme(log(PK)~...) in linear model and linear mixed model; ps. log(.) in R means ln(.) in math and log10(.) in R means log(.) in math.
  • completed the function of a parallel BE study with multiple-dosed (used to be single-dosed only); and
  • some other bugs fixed

To-lists:
  • type III SS output suggested by Elmaestro.
  • ...
